Bench of Vice (2005) (Sazka building, Prague) by Lea Vivot (b 1954), Czech-born Canadian sculptor
This article, dated 2011, suggests the sculpture has been removed.

I'm sure you going to consider my pointing out this aspect of the sculpture as being puerile salaciousness, however I remark both the artist's attention to detail and the normalcy of a statue of a human being having genitalia. Wikipedia's article Fig Leaf points out the stupid and ofttimes hilarious attempts over the years to cover sexual organs in works of art so as to not offend our collective puritanical sensibilities.

When I think of an animated GIF, I immediately think of a mini-video: either an extract from an actual video looping over and over, or something like a cartoon where several frames are presented one after another to give the illusion of movement. Recently, I discovered that people had found the means to add movement to a still photograph with stunning results.
